"A Night in Sickbay"

flying around and crawling.

Archer's concern for his dog was certainly understandable. I have two cats and they are like children to me. I know if they got sick I'd be very distraught. Still, his putting the dog before the ship was a bit difficult to believe and very unprofessional. I didn't like seeing this side of Archer. I know he is supposed to be "learning" on the job so to speak and still needs to grow into the role of Captain but this was just not right.

The Kreetassans are certainly an annoying species. I thought Vaughn Armstrong portrayed the overly vexed alien Captain very well. The final scene with Archer sanctifying the tree that Porthos had urinated on certainly played well enough although it could have been more humerous if Trip et al had been shown holding back their laughter a bit more.

With all this said I enjoyed this episode but probably won't watch it again. Still it's worth a look.

I give this one a C+. The + for the "Freudian" slips.
