How to keep your vision healthy

Make sure you get enough sleep

Your eyes will be able to take in more detail and handle more light pressure if they are well-rested. Get a proper level of exercise

This means that your eyes will feel less irritated during the day, so when it comes time to sleep your eyes will feel in far less flux than they might do presently. So, make sure you keep that in mind and use a nigh light to your advantage.

Speaking of screens…

Stop smoking

While it’s not for us to tell you what to do with your personal health, eye health and smoking are quite closely linked. Smoking puts your eyes under much more oxidative stress than a non-smoker. This is likely to mean that eye problems can become more common. The infamous ‘smoke in the eye’ feeling that a smoker will be very much used to is something that can lead to not only irritation but the risk of infection.

So, if you wish to keep your eyes in top health, stop smoking!
